As a registered dietitian, specializing in sports nutrition and weight management, Leslie Bonci recognizes the importance of the link between a healthy diet and an active lifestyle. Leslie's expertise and passion in these areas, also including digestive health and eating disorders, inspires her dedicated work towards the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, exemplified first hand by her avid long-distance running regimen. Her devotion to and expertise in the various fields of health, stated above, resulted in two book publications titled, "Total Fitness for Women" and the "American Dietetic Association Guide to Better Digestion."
